We’re excited to announce that Gooch Gardener Candle Co. will be part of CASPCA Fall Fest on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 11 AM–3 PM at IX Art Park!
This organization and its mission are especially close to our hearts. Animal welfare and pet adoption have always meant a lot to us. We currently share our home with seven rescue pets, including our sweet kitty Kiki who came to us from CASPCA just last summer.
In honor of the work CASPCA does, we'll be donating a portion of our sales from the day back to CASPCA to support their mission. We're also creating a special Fall Fest Limited Edition scent that you'll only be able to get by joining us at the event!
What is Fall Fest All About?
Fall Fest is a Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA (CASPCA) community celebration and adoption event. It is CASPCA's largest adoption event of the year, and all pet adoptions are free all weekend! In addition to pet adoptions there are many family-friendly activities like dog costume competitions, a pie-eating contest, face-painting, gourd painting, and 45+ other local vendors and organizations helping to make it a fun day and celebrate the great work of the CASPCA.
We’ll be there with plenty of GG candles for fall, so come say hi, get the Fall Fest limited edition scent, enjoy some fun activities, and spend the afternoon supporting a great local organization.
Plus, you may just find the perfect cat or dog to welcome into your family and give them a forever home! We’re not entirely sure how we’ll make it through the event without bringing home a new fur baby ourselves 😅
